The Ergo Throne will honor warranty claims if any of the following components are found to be defective within the warranty period:

• Products are eligible for replacement within 10 days of delivery, strictly in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
• Any damages or defects must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery to qualify for replacement or assistance.
