π How can I place a return request?
You can initiate a return directly from the Support section of our website. Please make sure to include your reason along with photo or video proof of the issue when submitting your request.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of product delivery, based on the recorded delivery date.

Yes, please return the item in its original packaging and in an unassembled condition. If the product can't be disassembled or repackaged, Ergothrone may offer packaging assistance at an additional cost. The customer is responsible for the product's safe return.
π Who pays for return shipping?
For approved return cases under our policy, Ergothrone will cover the shipping. However, if a return is accepted beyond the standard eligibility terms, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
π Whatβs the return process?
Once your return is authorized, weβll send you an RMA number and return label. Print and affix the label to the return package. Once repackaged, weβll schedule pickup. If pickup is not possible at your location, we may request you to drop it at a nearby courier hub.

After your returned item is received and inspected, a refund (full or partial) will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your original payment method. A damage fee of up to 25% of the invoice may be deducted for items returned in poor condition.
