📍 Delivery Locations
We deliver across most pin codes in India using premium logistics partners like FedEx, BlueDart, and Delhivery. If you live in a remote or Out of Delivery Area (ODA), please share your PIN code before ordering. Additional ODA fees, if applicable, will be informed in advance.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days, and delivery takes another 6–10 business days based on your location. In case of any delay, feel free to contact us for updates.
💸 Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free. If extra delivery charges apply to your pin code, we’ll inform you during checkout. No hidden fees.
🔎 Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Use it to track your shipment on the courier’s official website.
📦 Product Delivery Checklist

- Register your warranty on our website within 30 days of delivery to activate it.

💥 Damaged Deliveries
If your product is delivered damaged:
- Send clear images or videos to support@theergothrone.com within 48 hours
- Our team will assess and respond within 2 business days
- We’ll repair or replace the product depending on the situation
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations may not be accepted if the product has been dispatched or customized.
📭 Undelivered but Marked Delivered?
- Check with neighbors or building security.
- If still not received, email support@theergothrone.com or call 844-8444-695
- We will escalate the matter to the courier. Investigations can take 7–14 business days.
- Note: Claims made after 48 hours of delivery confirmation may not be accepted as per courier policy.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?

Yes! All of our chairs come with detailed step-by-step instructions and the tools you need. Most customers complete assembly in under 20 minutes.
What is the weight capacity of your chairs?
Our chairs are built for durability. Depending on the model, they support between 120–160 kg (265–350 lbs). You can find specific limits in each product description.
Can I return or exchange my chair?
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day return window if you're not satisfied. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Contact our team to start a return or exchange.
