🛡️ Ergothrone Warranty Policy

At Ergothrone, we believe in long-term comfort — both in how you sit and how we support you. When you invest in our ergonomic solutions, you’re backed not just by quality craftsmanship but by a customer-first warranty process that ensures peace of mind at every step.

✅ Standard Warranty Coverage

All Ergothrone products purchased on or after 1st June 2019 are covered under a limited warranty of 1 or 3 years, depending on the product, from the date of delivery. Renewed products carry a 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

🔧 Warranty Terms

  • Coverage: Functional and moving components are covered. Repair or replacement decisions are based on technician assessment.
  • Parts Replacement: Subject to availability. Alternate parts may be offered at a discounted rate if exact ones are unavailable.
  • Claim Resolution: Support includes spare parts shipment or technician visit (based on service area).
  • Self-Service Option: We’ll ship parts and provide installation help. Labour cost for third-party assistance is not covered.
  • Non-Warranty Parts: Can be purchased separately. Stock not guaranteed for out-of-warranty items.
  • Warranty Transfer: Valid for original purchaser. Transferable only with original order ID, and original start date applies.
  • Renewed Products: Follow separate warranty terms listed with the product, typically 6 months.

  • Mechanism
  • Hydraulic Gas Lift
  • Base, Casters, and Wheels
  • Armrests

Tables:

  • Metal Frame/Structure

❌ What’s Not Covered?

  • Natural wear and tear (fading, scratches, dents, foam compression)
  • Improper use, mishandling, unauthorized modifications
  • Third-party or self-assembly issues
  • Cosmetic imperfections not affecting function

📝 How to Claim Warranty

If your product has a functional issue:

  • Email support@theergothrone.com
  • Include: Order ID, issue description, images/videos, invoice/warranty certificate, contact info
  • We’ll raise a service ticket and respond within 24–48 business hours
  • Resolution expected within 7–14 business days

🪵 Engineered Wood Warranty

Covered:

  • Damage reported within 10 days of delivery
  • Termite, borer, and fungal protection
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Edge band separation
  • Hardware issues (hinges, locks)

Not Covered:

  • Damage reported after 10 days
  • Improper usage or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
