π Ergothrone Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ergothrone, your satisfaction is our priority. While we put every effort into ensuring our products and service meet your expectations, we understand that cancellations or returns may occasionally be necessary. Our policy is designed to be fair to our customers while also factoring in the logistical complexity of shipping large, bulky items.
π« Order Cancellation
1. Before Dispatch
If your order hasnβt been processed yet, you can self-cancel it through your account dashboard or by emailing us at support@theergothrone.com.
If your cancellation is successful before processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1β3 business days.
2. After Dispatch
Once your order is processed and shipped, it becomes non-cancellable.
If you choose to refuse delivery, a two-way logistics charge will be deducted from your refund. These charges typically range between βΉ800ββΉ2800, based on the package weight and location.
Refunds in such cases will be initiated only after the return shipment is en route, and may take 4β7 working days to reflect in your account.
Note: Free shipping is applicable only on successfully completed deliveries. If an order is cancelled or rejected after dispatch, the customer bears the shipping cost.
π¦ Returns & Parts Replacement
We follow a parts replacement-first policy to ensure faster and more efficient service.
2.1 Eligibility (within 10 days of delivery):
- The item delivered is incorrect
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- Accessories listed βIn the Boxβ are missing
2.2 Damage Reporting
Any product that arrives in damaged condition must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include photos/videos showing the issue and send them to support@theergothrone.com.
Reports after 72 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.
2.3 Resolution
- If a replacement part is available, it will be shipped free of cost.
- If a part is unavailable, we will either issue a full refund or replace the entire product.
2.4 Refund Method
- Sent back to the original payment source
- Issued as a voucher or credit usable on Ergothrone's website
- Offered as a replacement product
2.5 Disclaimer
Minor variations in color, size, or finish (due to screen settings, photography lighting, or manual measurements) are not considered defects. These will not qualify for a return under warranty.

We offer a specific policy for our renewed (refurbished) line of products.

3.1 Before Dispatch
Same as regular orders: cancel via your account or contact us.
Full refunds processed within 2β5 working days if cancellation is successful.
3.2 After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Refusing delivery will result in two-way logistics charges being deducted from the refund.
Refunds processed after the item is in return transit, typically within 4β7 working days.
Note: Free shipping only applies to successfully delivered orders. Cancellations or rejections after dispatch will incur shipping costs.
π Returns for Renewed Products
4.1 Eligibility (within 48 hours of delivery):
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product is physically damaged or defective
- Accessories listed as included are missing
4.2 Damage Reporting
Must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
Late reports will not be accepted.
4.3 Resolution
- Damaged/missing parts will be replaced free of cost.
- If parts are unavailable, a fresh replacement may be offered.

4.5 Disclaimer
Refurbished products may show minor visual imperfections. These do not affect functionality and are not eligible for returns or replacements.
