All of our premium ergonomic and gaming chairs are protected by a 3-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will resolve any defects in key functional components arising under normal usage.
The Ergo Throne will honor warranty claims if any of the following components are found to be defective within the warranty period:
Replacement
At The Ergo Throne, we are committed to delivering perfection with every product. However, in the rare case that something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right:
- Products are eligible for replacement within 10 days of delivery, strictly in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
- Any damages or defects must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery to qualify for replacement or assistance.
